Uno Mas opened in December of 2016 with the idea that you shouldn't have to drive to Portland to find great beer and bright, vibrant food and drinks with ingredients made in-house, from scratch. Whether it's the pico scooped up with hot chips fried from fresh-cut tortillas, or the tonic used in our original cocktails, that from-scratch philosophy informs everything we place on our menu, and at your table.
